Sight fishing big Cobia in Virginia! #solidfish

Sheww big fish action day! We had Preston his two brothers and his father out to celebrate his fathers birthday. This was a special day, over the winter I ran a raffle to help raise money from my moms befriend Jen for her battle with cancer Preston and his family went above and beyond with contributing to the raffle we raised close to 7 thousand dollars and just so happen they won the raffle so we knew the good karma was going to produce some great fishing and it did! We started the day off with seeing an absolute JUMBO we never really got the right cast but it was a beautiful sight for the crew to see. Not 5 minutes after we hooked up and caught our first fish of the day 47 incher and the ball just kept rolling from there. We had plenty of shots and landed 9 total with boxing our 3 fish limit a 47,48 and 53 incher! As we called it a day and started in we stubbled across a real nice fish Dexter came tight and boated his personal best! The fish was just under 60inches I would estimate the Cobia being 55-58lbs the fish was revived and released!! Congrats to the great day guys and as always its such a pleasure fishing with yalls family. Salt Treated Fishing still has so prime dates open don't wait!
